Here are some quick stretches and movements that you can do while you are waiting to see us again.
Stretch it out, stretch it out! Seated hamstring stretch. Sitting with one leg straight out in front of you with toes pointed straight up, bring your other foot in toward your knee. Reach toward your toes with both hands. Hold for 30 seconds each side.
Try this hip stretch, it is great if you have been working hard at your desk all morning. Standing hip stretch. Starting in a standing position, take one step forward with one leg. Push your hips forward to increase stretch. Keep the front knee above the ankle. Make sure both hips are facing forward. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. Enjoy.
