Our Treatments

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage Therapy is the assessment and treatment of soft tissue dysfunctions that cause pain and restrict movement.  Remedial techniques used include Relaxation/Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular techniques, Muscle energy techniques, Joint mobilisation techniques, Remedial exercises and more.

Relaxation Massage

During a Relaxation massage, a variety of Swedish massage strokes are applied in a slow, rhythmical sequence to promote a state of relaxation.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy is used to help sports and fitness enthusiasts across all levels perform at their best and improve recovery time. Remedial massage and stretching techniques are selected depending  if the client is pre or post event.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a style of remedial massage with awareness of the changes happening in the mother's body. It can ease discomfort commonly experienced as the pregnancy advances, reduce swelling especially in the legs, and enhance sleep by relaxing the body. Pregnancy massage is suitable throughout all stages of pregnancy.

Myofascial Cupping

Plastic cups are used with suction, creating a tensional pressure to lift and separate soft tissue. The cups may be glided over the skin with massage oil or left in a stationary position. Cupping is used in conjunction with other remedial massage techniques and can be included in remedial treatments. Cupping can mark the skin, similar to a bruise but usually painless.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is used to move lymphatic fluid back to the lymph nodes to be processed. It is a light, gentle, rhythmic and specific massage technique performed with cornflour.
